It won't reorder an entire order, only part of it. When it routes you to the website, it resets the order on the app every time you open the web page to refer to the order you can view on the website. So you basically need to open the website to view the entire order, take a screen shot and not close out any windows. Other than that, the app works. There's just no way to contact the company other than on here.

Simply an awful update to an awful app.. After I placed my items into the cart, it asked if the order looked correct. I can not move forward at that point, as the "continue" button does not work. After starting over 3 times, I gave up and ordered my food from a competitor.

Do not use this app it will steal your money!! I'd give no stars if I could. First time ever using the app I hit the submit order button, the page froze for 10 minutes on the please wait page, I got charged 80 dollars for my order, and the Norristown PA location didn't get my order and the store manager told me I just had to wait and see if the money came back to my account. This experience has completely turned me off of primo's.
