Zero Customer Service. Issues with your orders or account, you can't call anyone, and have to use their chat function where you wait for 1 to 2 hours to chat with someone who can't help you! They just take a report and forward it to a "Specialist" who emails you 72 hours later asking you more questions about the issue, then you wait another 72 hours after responding to them. They don't email or notify you when charging your card, or if there's any issues, you find out when stuff doesn't ship.

Overall. I am satisfied with the app. Sometimes it feels limited compared to being on my laptop but I have gotten much better at configuring it. Comes in handy for when I am on the road and I need to manage some orders. 07/10/2026 The customer service has gone downhill after they started implementing the dumb ai chat bots. Takes forever to actually get help from a live agent. It has gone down. Not Worth it.

It's been... A struggle. First, I use the desktop site for the most part. The app is very limited on what you can do. But they don't align with eachother at all. I was cut off from ordering samples on the website and app, and despite using every trick in the book, from using incognito, clearing cache, logging in and out, etc. Now I can order on the app but not the website. I get errors, pictures aren't showing. It's driving me nuts.
