It's been... A struggle. First, I use the desktop site for the most part. The app is very limited on what you can do. But they don't align with eachother at all. I was cut off from ordering samples on the website and app, and despite using every trick in the book, from using incognito, clearing cache, logging in and out, etc. Now I can order on the app but not the website. I get errors, pictures aren't showing. It's driving me nuts.

Lovelovelove printful!..on the desktop. I wish there was a specific "create templates" section on the app. I know you can still design stuff if you go to products and pick a product, choose between making a personal order or order samples, then you design the product, can save as template and back out of the order. So complicated whereas if there was a place just for making templates, that'd be perfect. I just want to create templates on my phone when I'm out and about or just bored. TY

Not sure how this platform came so far being so damn generic and unhelpful. They don't make clear the integration is necessary prior to designing! Hence some of these reviews. AOP sucks so bad! The prints are generic. We can't even make color-block tees which are basic and essential to a lot of people's line. They have the nerve to explain how they "make" the AOP shirts but not how to design them. I have a whole collection ready and was too sure this was the right platform and I'm pissed.
