It's been... A struggle. First, I use the desktop site for the most part. The app is very limited on what you can do. But they don't align with eachother at all. I was cut off from ordering samples on the website and app, and despite using every trick in the book, from using incognito, clearing cache, logging in and out, etc. Now I can order on the app but not the website. I get errors, pictures aren't showing. It's driving me nuts.

I've been working with Printful for the last year. The integration with my online store was very easy, although there was a learning curve in the beginning regarding shipping when I first started receiving orders. The quality of most products is great, the printing quality is vibrant, and the communication from the Printful team is consistent, especially with important news and updates. Love it so far!

This is actually very cumbersome to use. You can only upload one file at a time, you can't change items' collections, designing is a pain - you can't pick all colours and sizes while you're designing. You have to save the product and go back to editing to be given the option to make the design available in all colours and sizes. Working through the website is far more intuitive and productive.
