Never had a problem with the app. App is great for the live video auctions, but I prefer the regular browser for their normal daily and 10 minute auctions. As long you understand their fee system then there are no surprises. It's all straight forward and consistent once as long as you understand the fee structure (Buyer's fee, insurance, and shipping)

I would highly recommend another auction site, this one not only rips you off, the customer service is totally useless. I purchased a $36 jersey, which ended up costing $23 to ship, (plus fees) however the previous order had multiple jerseys that both cost more and would weigh more, but the shipping was less. when I asked about it, I was given an auto response about their policy, which is a percentage of the item and cost based on weight, which clearly doesn't add up given my example.

This app has been horrible. I would place bets on things and all of the sudden they would jump up and extreme amount and then I would see the same item from the same seller back up the next day. And I have seen it multiple times for things I was looking at. So they have to be using accounts to jack up the prices to get what they want for it. And twice I won and both times I would go to collect and pay and the app would either bounce me out or just bring me to the main screen.
