Very unprofessional. I had a cancellation at 9:30 pm the night before my appointment that was at 8am.

The app works, unfortunately there is no accountability from the service providers, which is a major issue. And you can't leave reviews in cases like mine, please keep reading. I had a makeup appointment for my mom the morning of my wedding, Haley, the service provider, canceled one hour before the appointment! Keep an eye and make sure you do not book with her (Haley, profile photo; long whiteish blonde hair wearing a blue jacket).

the makeup artist made me look like a muddy street clown. I asked her to redo it, she did and was friendly about it, but I could have done a better job on my own. The airbrush was not worth it and overall, I'm really disappointed in quality of the service, especially for the price. Both the hair and makeup ladies arrived on time and were nice, but the end result was not good.
