The app and service provided works great when it works. When it doesn't, you better buckle up for an experience. Customer support is only available via email, and the responses tend to be repetitive and not ever truly fix the issues. I've been using it for years and I can say they offer a great service BUT I wish they would provide more self-help options on their website for issues instead of the pitiful customer support they offer.

Awesome app! Virtual credit cards give me control over merchants. If I'm concerned that I might be charged for a service that I didn’t request or if I'm worried that I'll forget a recurring annual subscription, I just hit the Pause button. No more worries about your actual credit card on file that can be charged whenever the merchant chooses. You are in control!

Never expose your credit card # again. Generate one-time credit card #s or #s that can only be used by 1 store and set spending limits. Now, if the store suffers a breach, the credit card # they get can't be used by anyone else. By setting a spending limit, if a hacker got your account info and tried placing an order on your behalf for an amount higher than you define, then the charge is declined. With the app, you can't also raise and lower that amount quickly. I feel safe shopping online again
