Just been using it for a few days and it seems reliable. Barely any loss in speed (5 - 8 Mbps). Still learning the desktop version. This one has plenty of settings to work with. Platform has very clear and informative help desk database. So far, I like the simplicity of the software in general, but at the same time it offers enough options for those who are more advanced. I am already enjoying a few of the many features discovered such as automatic connection of fastest server and snoof.

Great product with a recent critical flaw. Overall PIA seems to be one of the most trustworthy and worthwhile VPN available. I've had phenomenal experiences with it and it's been incredibly easy to use. Lately though, my experience has been sullied by a connection bug. When using mobile data, my connection is intermittent at times. I've run into a recurring bug that when my connection drops, the VPN freezes when attempting to reconnect it won't come back until I manually restart the service.

I have two apps that need to bypass the PIA VPN. However, they don't show up in Per App Settings and I don't see a way to add them. One app has a widget that I use on my home screen. It won't stay up to date because I can't select it in the PIA VPN in Per App Settings. So inconvenient! I didn't have this problem with my previous VPN provider. I have read some posts that this may have been a problem for some people for over a year. C'mon people at PIA VPN, get your act together and FIX THIS!!!
