Great product with a recent critical flaw. Overall PIA seems to be one of the most trustworthy and worthwhile VPN available. I've had phenomenal experiences with it and it's been incredibly easy to use. Lately though, my experience has been sullied by a connection bug. When using mobile data, my connection is intermittent at times. I've run into a recurring bug that when my connection drops, the VPN freezes when attempting to reconnect it won't come back until I manually restart the service.

Great for public internet protecion. The connection speed issues are still a thing. And the disconnect/pause option in the notification area requires 2 or 3 clicks before it actually pauses/disconnects; I don't understand how this problem still persists, it's been like this as long as I've been subbed (multiple devices)

Works fine most of the time once it's turned on. However, almost invariably fails to activate automatically when phone (Android) is powered up or restarted and has to be manually engaged even though I have it set to open with device power-up. Same applies with this app to all my Windows computers. My MacBook Air is the only device that gets it right.
