I've been using this app on my pcs for years, and now the mobile app too. It is quite reliable, has great settings, and has no issues. I particularly like the latency returns so I can select the fastest location. 2021 More locations. Sort by latency for the lowest number which is the fastest location. AT&T and Verizon have no idea where you go or search for. They only know the amount of data you used. 2022 All the above still true. 2023 still perfect 2024 ditto

Update: My original review of this service hasn't changed it's a fantastic product if you need a VPN! I switched over to private internet access because I was having trouble with my old VPN provider been with them for about 3 years they make fantastic announcements to the product. Prior to this I was trying other VPNs paying quarterly because I couldn't find one I really liked, last time I paid for a year with private internet access when that year was up I went ahead and re-upped for two

Works great when it works, but that's not all the time... Any time I move from Wi-Fi to cellular, or vice versa, the connection breaks and I have to reconnect. Not to mention, whenever I open the app to connect or check my connection, the apps frame rate is ~5-10 consistently. This is true all throughout the app, not on any particular screen. While I've had much better luck with the desktop apps, I'm seriously considering another VPN. I even bought a new phone, Android 12->13, still an issue.
