App is broken now. paid advertisements in the app don't work. Most of the time when you fill up the progress bar, you get absolutely no money. I'm literally not making anything anymore. The ads that go to your inbox all just come up with an error now. I've been using inboxdollars since the early days and I guess it has finally come to an end.

This app was ok but has taken a turn for the worst. A few times, I've completed requirements for game payouts. I have not received payment. I contacted CS w/ proof. They send a list of irrelevant reasons why I may not have received. Then request an extensive id/background check only to get turned down again. NOT WORTH TIME & TROUBLE. Plus most offers are unreasonable & for pennies. When/if you do reach amount options, it takes days to get a digital pay "processed."

I would rate higher because I'm very active on here and made money from many surveys. I recently went the game route because they pay good. however I've been playing 3 games with no credits after the app recognizes that you are playing it. it's very frustrating that customer service won't respond to my emails because you have to submit a ticket for the activities. does anyone have another way to contact them? please let me know. I typically love this app but not lately.
