At first this app was great, and I made tons of points playing games and getting cashback on purchases. I ended up cashing out over $300 (though it makes you cash out in chunks of $35 at a time which is annoying), and then they suddenly suspended my account, with over $500 still in it. I have repealed my suspension with evidence because I have not cheated or broken the rules, but they claim it takes 30 business days to review appeals and, after more than that, my account is still suspended.

Was a great little gig, until you cash out large amounts. Just like many of the other play to pay apps, the first one was flawless. Second one too. Busted my butt to beat that level 1200 in Candy Crush for the big payout... now my account is on "temporary restriction" while they "review" my progress. There's plenty of other apps out there, maybe after that first payment you should just move on, doesn't seem like you'll be getting another.

App experience is terrible. Half the things don't track, and when you present all the evidence to the customer services they'll come up with excuses and only give you $1, instead of the actual amount you should have got. On top of that, when you finally make enough to payout, they take a good chunk of it as a handling fee, even though its automated and no manual process needed. You also have to prove your identity for payout, so they get hold of images of your passports or driving licences.
