Constantly glitches. In fact, it literally glitched while writing this review, after I had closed out of it and hit close app on the "app not responding" pop up twice before coming to write this review. My husband has a different phone, it does the same thing to his phone. We've both restarted our phones, turned airplane mode on and off, and nothing. It's the only app on my phone that does this. It's useless, and frankly, I'm sick of POB having "system wide" banking errors and a faulty apps.

Love it when it works but it never works anymore & apparently there's no solution to the problem because when you call about the problem, I'm told it's my phone, the same phone it was previously working on. Over it & while we love the bank, we travel & don't live close & if I can't handle business on my phone, then I need a new bank with an app that works.

Usually the app is great, but recently when I open it, it just closes. Not sure if it's my phone or the app. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon. It's more convenient to use the app instead of having to go online to the website... UPDATE - Still not working! It's NOT my phone!!!😡😡😡
