It doesn't send notifications! The whole point of purchasing an app for these exercises is to REMIND myself to DO them. Otherwise, all the app does is count down 10 seconds per Rep, which I'm pretty sure nobody needs an app for. AND it cost £2.99! Waste of my time and money. I have done all troubleshooting to try to get notification reminders but it doesn't work. And lots of people are having this issue. Very disappointed.

I don't often rate apps however I have to say this app has saved my pelvic floor. It came recommended by my NHS physio. Ever since I had my first child my pelvic floor has been almost non existent and despite trying myself it has never improved. I have stuck to a consistent routine with the apps help and the introductory video and timed visuals really help me to maintain slow and controlled exercises. I've only been using it for 3 weeks and it's already much improved.

Not working. I ran the diagnostics and apparently it's all great, only it's not working. Tech support told to disable all phone memory management options, allow the app pretty limitless access and disable the phone maintenance options that come inbuilt to make Samsung above the rest. To run the app, you must make your phone dumb and not self maintained. Avoid.
