my apartment complex switched from a key to this and it sucks! the Bluetooth doesn't reach that far, you have to have precision location on, and even when you're connected to the app and connect it to the Bluetooth, it still takes about 6 to 8 seconds to open the door. I'm the only one who lives here and have locked myself out multiple times because you can't shut the door for a second because from the outside it automatically locks. lastly, you should be able to unlock it from a distance smh...

2 stars as it could just not work instead of being annoying. Apartment complex switched to this and literally everyone here HATES it. It takes at least 5 seconds just to find a door, but as I live close to the front it sometimes finds the wrong door and I have to keep waiting. This occurs for both doors so I can't just favorite one. Sometimes it fails to unlock and you once again have to wait several seconds. I could get into my apartment 3 times with a key by the time this one takes to work...
