If your apartment complex uses this complain. Horrible app that never works.

Awful. Slow. Needlesly reinvents the wheel. Unnecessary. Ugly UI/UX. Keys don't need time to load. Keys don't fail to load. I fail to understand what this system offers above and beyond what a standard key did extremely well and with no additional technological points of failure. I love tech. I work in tech. I DON'T love useless unnecessary tech that slows down something as basic as trying to get into your home in the middle of winter or a rainstorm.

my apartment complex switched from a key to this and it sucks! the Bluetooth doesn't reach that far, you have to have precision location on, and even when you're connected to the app and connect it to the Bluetooth, it still takes about 6 to 8 seconds to open the door. I'm the only one who lives here and have locked myself out multiple times because you can't shut the door for a second because from the outside it automatically locks. lastly, you should be able to unlock it from a distance smh...
