my apartment complex switched from a key to this and it sucks! the Bluetooth doesn't reach that far, you have to have precision location on, and even when you're connected to the app and connect it to the Bluetooth, it still takes about 6 to 8 seconds to open the door. I'm the only one who lives here and have locked myself out multiple times because you can't shut the door for a second because from the outside it automatically locks. lastly, you should be able to unlock it from a distance smh...

Works great for the most part. We use it to get into the laundry room. It doesn't always work in freezing temperatures and can be slow in the winter.

Love this app. To the people complaining about the 6-second delay: just press the button 6 seconds before you reach the door. Problem solved! It’s actually much faster than a brass key that way.
