Several problems. App takes forever to load. sometimes I have to close the app multiple times and open again and again. Several times it's said invalid access. I wouldn't recommend for rentals. Any type of service that needs to be done you have to let them in and in most cases they need to get parts so you have to open multiple times. Nights and weekends there are always people locking themselves out so you have to have someone available 24/7 to unlock doors.

Imagine charging the key to your house, and if you lose it, you can't call maintenance! It consistently breaks in freezing weather. Occasionally works as intended. Often takes a good 10 seconds to open each door. If you have an older phone, good luck entirely. Must have precise location and Bluetooth enabled, takes extra time if you have to turn on either of those right at the door. edit to mention that if someone can get into your phone, they also have your key and exact address.

my apartment complex switched from a key to this and it sucks! the Bluetooth doesn't reach that far, you have to have precision location on, and even when you're connected to the app and connect it to the Bluetooth, it still takes about 6 to 8 seconds to open the door. I'm the only one who lives here and have locked myself out multiple times because you can't shut the door for a second because from the outside it automatically locks. lastly, you should be able to unlock it from a distance smh...
