It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. They hold high-value cards worth thousands of dollars, yet there are constant issues. I can’t even pull my own card from the vault, and support takes forever to respond. Consignment selling through the PSA vault has been my worst experience by far. Their buyout offers are extremely low, and even when buyers make offers, transactions still get canceled because of poor management. Completely unreliable service for high-value items.

I wanted to submit cards for grading after seeing all the influencers online gaining value for having a psa 10. There was an error in my submission (I left out some important paperwork and sticker on the outside), my bad, I reached out to them and they responded letting me know there would be additional delays because of it. They received my cards at the end of September and here it is January, I asked to have my order cancelled and sent back, they said they would, still haven't got my cards. :(
