It makes submitting an order super easy from your phone. I'm able to find all of my cards, even really rare & obscure ones with ease. The rest of the submission process is very easy & they walk you through it. I LOVE the flip to reveal grades! The search by photo option's useless. & there is only 1 type of submission available atm & that's grading sports cards. They plan on adding more with time, though. Overall, for submitting modern sports cards, it works great!

I hate how the PSA vault takes over 2 weeks to secure my cards in the vault after you receive them. also had 1 card LOST for over 2 months. it ended losing a lot of value by the time they found it. they gave me the excuse it wasn't lost but they couldn't prove it was me. pretty weird because they were securing several other of my cards why this was going on. and why would I try to stick my card in the vault under someone else's name? makes no sense. Just saying, call em like I see em

People, please be careful. Psa is keeping good books and returning lower grade books. I sent 3 books, and one had a water spot, but they were at least 8 or 9s when I got the books back. The one with the water spot did not have it. Also, I only got the books because after 2 weeks, I contacted them and was told that they could not find the books to please give them some time to find the books which according to them were misplaced I guess the replaces them with 5s be careful people.
