About this app

PSCA – Public Safety App, developed by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), is an all-in-one mobile application designed to enhance public safety, emergency response, and citizen engagement across Punjab.
The app empowers users to access vital safety services from their smartphones, including:

Alert-15 Emergency Button: Instantly makes a direct GSM audio call to Police-15 and notifies authorities and the user’s emergency contacts with live location.

Live Chat & Video Support: Connect with support services such as the Virtual Women Police Station (VWPS), Virtual Center for Child Safety (VCCS), and other citizen support platforms. (Video call is used for citizen support and accessibility, not as a replacement for emergency numbers).

Accessibility Support: Sign language video calls for hearing-impaired citizens, ensuring effective communication with support staff.

E-Challans: Check, download, and manage challans conveniently.

Complaint Management: File and track complaints, including Police-15, VWPS, VCCS, and the Meesaq Minorities Center.

Blood Donor Network: Register as a donor, request blood, and track progress in real time.

GPS-Based Services: Locate nearby police stations and access emergency contacts such as Rescue 1122, Motorway Police, and Punjab Highway Patrol.

Mera Pyara Services: Report missing or found persons/children to help families reconnect.

With its focus on digital transformation, accessibility, and citizen convenience, the PSCA – Public Safety App is a step forward in building a safer and more responsive Punjab.

Disclaimer: Video call features are provided for citizen support and accessibility (e.g., sign language assistance). They are not used for emergency numbers such as 15 or 1122.

I hope you are doing well. I would like to request the addition of a new feature in the PSCA application. It would be very helpful if users could track the live location of their family members through the app, with proper consent and privacy controls. This feature would improve safety and security, especially in emergency situations. Parents could monitor their children, and families could stay connected more securely.

why the can't save the echallan info? why do I have to put the details every time? and instead of opening the echallan website inside the app why it doesn't show the fines directly? what is the purpose of the app if it still going to open the browsers page inside it? I can open it from the web. why the payment of fine is such a Lengthy process? first find fine, then generator PSID that can't be copy paste so you have to manually write it down, then go to banking app, mannhaly enter PSID and pay

The generation of PSID is difficult, maybe due to the link to the server but overall a great facility. My review was rejected and I paid Rs 3015 but my humble suggestion is to take the lenient view when the signal was not red and I had to cross the signal by changing lanes due to the car driver in front of me.Please give some leverage to senior citizens like my.I am 64 years old and enjoying excellent health but temperament also matters.Kindly refund this challan.
