App no longer works. You can't get past the login screen; just stays on the login page. It's just as well; the website does everything (manage bills, view/report outages) a customer needs. Might as well dump the app at this point.

absolutely useless. It told me to update so I did. now the fingerprint reader doesn't do anything, and I can't enter my saved password either. it just keeps refreshing to the log in. I changed my password and it asked me to give them new security questions and answers, but I couldn't read my answers so if there's a typo (it's happened elsewhere) I'm screwed. I have to rely on the website to do anything.

Can no longer get past the sign in screen. tried uninstall then reinstall. Waste of my time
