About this app

TAMS Report puts your organization’s TAMS reporting catalog directly on your mobile device. Browse available reports, select the appropriate scope, enter the required parameters, and generate a professionally formatted report without needing a computer.

How It Works

Select a reporting area, such as Quality, and choose a scope such as Facility, Main Location, Inspector, or Employee. You can then select a report from the available catalog.

Enter the information required for that report, including options such as a date range, building, asset group, tenant, inspector, or shift. Only parameters relevant to the selected report are displayed.

Once generated, the completed PDF is displayed directly within the app. The built-in viewer supports smooth scrolling and pinch-to-zoom, even for reports containing more than 100 pages.

Reports can be printed, shared with another app, or emailed directly to a list of recipients.

Requirements

TAMS Report requires an active TAMS account and site activation from your facility administrator.

TAMS Report is not a standalone application. It serves as the mobile reporting client for your organization’s existing TAMS deployment.
