The good part of PT Genie is that it is cheaper than in person physical therapy . Everything else about it feels unfinished and unprofessional. The app feels like an unfinished high school project. It fails to meet basic ADA and WCAG guidelines, like the messages in tiny print that can't be enlarged. Exercise sessions all work off a timer, even if you're supposed to do a certain number of reps. In general, the app features and design are poorly thought out and in some cases unusable.

This app is awful. Password reset does not work. Buttons don't change colors to show when clickable. Keyboard does not auto move out of the way. This app should not have been released

A wonderful way to do therapy. Everyone helps you to succeed. They are always available and there to help you.
