Useless because of constant glitches. Could not scan barcode or QR code for points as it constantly says it needs a full picture of the receipt.... but there is no way to provide a full picture of the receipt. When attempting to scan the qr code or barcode, app is completely black until the half. second before it pops up a message saying it needs a full picture. Literally the worst fast food app I've ever used.

The app works kinda funky For where we are, it doesn't see the store & you can't order without picking a location first. It does see the location when you search to pick your favorite location in your profile. But, there's a nice, big QR code at the bottom of our receipt & earning points that way is super easy.

I like Dairy Queen, but this app is HORRIBLE. It's not intuitive at all, and the blizzards don't even have descriptions or pictures. The worst part is you have to go through a maze of screens to just see the menu! Really, if you try ordering with any of the buttons you can find, it ONLY lets you do delivery. "We make it easier than anyone to do delivery." I don't WANT delivery, I just want to SEE THE MENU. Let me Know What You SERVE! It doesn't even have everything the actual menu has on it.
