I like Dairy Queen, but this app is HORRIBLE. It's not intuitive at all, and the blizzards don't even have descriptions or pictures. The worst part is you have to go through a maze of screens to just see the menu! Really, if you try ordering with any of the buttons you can find, it ONLY lets you do delivery. "We make it easier than anyone to do delivery." I don't WANT delivery, I just want to SEE THE MENU. Let me Know What You SERVE! It doesn't even have everything the actual menu has on it.

The app itself is very buggy and you have to jump through hoops to order from my closest location. When you finally do get into the online ordering, the menu is never accurate for our location. It has some of the basics, but no limited time menu choices. The blizzard menu features flavors that are no longer available and never features the seasonal flavors. It is just very frustrating.

First time using the app, and I couldn't place an order. I tried multiple locations and got an error. Trying to scan my receipt was difficult to figure out. It really should be in the QR area, and I don't know why you have to pick a location first when all that info should be on it. I was able to redeem my free any size blizzard pretty smoothly.
