About this app

Pure Performance Coaching, in one app.

If you are coached by Pure Performance Coaching, this is where your coaching lives. Everything your coach writes for you lands here, and everything you do goes back to them.

In the gym
Your session is laid out in the order you will do it. Tap a set to log it. Your previous weights and reps are on the screen while you work, and your rest timer starts itself between sets. Anything that needs explaining is in your coach's notes on the exercise.

Away from the gym
Your food plan and targets, your steps and cardio, your supplements, and a weekly check-in that asks the questions your coach wants answered. Add photos to a check-in and they are stored privately with your history, not in a camera roll.

Staying in touch
Message your coach any time. They can see your logged sessions and your check-in answers, so the conversation starts from what you actually did rather than what you can remember.

This app is for existing Pure Performance Coaching clients and needs a login from your coach.

What’s new
