Reliability: 10 / 10 Stain Removal: 5 / 10 (Rec. you pre scrub set stains) Fold Quality: 10 / 10 Clothes Missing: Never Scent : 2 / 10 Always on time, count on it. Never missing, folded expertly. Stain removal is so-so. However clothes don't smell clean. If you give them esp. soiled clothes, expect odors to remain at 50%. Regular use clothes will be returned wearable, but smell like the bag they came in. Still worth it to me jus rec. you pour some detergent on your dirties beforehand, and voila

The purple toe app is amazing. It takes like 10 seconds to get a pickup scheduled. World class service meets a world class app!
