I loved being able to fulfill needs. Tip for those getting irritating error messages: I found needs we liked on the smartphone app, but it wouldn't let me pay. I then logged in on my laptop and some of the needs we had selected were already fulfilled (availability lag on app?). Payment on my laptop for existing needs went through just fine. They need to fix the app or make it computer-only so users stop getting discouraged.

Downloaded the app and tried to sign up with my email and a password but keep getting this error: Network Error There was an error contacting the server. Please check your network connection and try again. There is nothing wrong with my network connection. So Purposity you need to fix this problem. From reading other reviews I'm not the only person having problems with your app.

I was so excited when a friend told me about this app and how she and her daughters are already blessing people in need. However, BOTH my husband and I (he's an Apple guy - I have Android) tried to download the app and complete our profile but were unsuccessful on multiple attempts. We were asked to enter a password and user name but neither had been set up yet. Each time we tried to set up our profiles, we got error messages. Very, very disappointed that this app does not work.

Holidays update!
With this update we included a new Checkout Cart experience, you can now met many needs at once.
We also added roll-up needs.
