Love my photo frame. Shuffle seems to repeat the same pictures instead of going through all of them before going back around to the beginning, and sometimes I have trouble with a saved pic position not coming up on the frame. When I try to fix it, sometimes the app glitches and I can't see the picture on my phone anymore (still comes up on frame but not in the position I want). But those are minor issues. Overall I am a huge fan!

These frames are wonderful! They have made connecting with family and sharing experiences easier, especially for my mother who doesn't do anything related to computers/ smartphones. I have purchased 2 so far. The frames are beautiful and the photo quality is excellent. They are easy to use. The app is amazing! It's so easy to share photos, arrange their orientation on the frame, set the timing on the frame, etc. I highly recommend this product!

Can't add photos anymore. Can't close my account. Can't find my account. I loaded more than 100 photos in the first week, now I have no access at all. I can't locate an email address to ask for help. After letting the app sit for a few weeks I tried again. No luck. The app can't locate my frame from 2 feet away. I turned on bluetooth, my wifi is on and running like it should. I had no issues the first time I uploaded images from my phone. I'm stuck watching the same pics over and over
