About this app

Let's face it, having ADHD can be a real drag - so let's have some fun with it!

There are no 2 ADHD/ADD people that are alike, so I've compiled some simple, fun apps (which will be tweaked over time, and more added) that will boost your dopamine naturally - and we all love our dopamine!!!

1. Random Task Generator
This was inspired by a social media post I saw about "executive dysfunction dice". You feed the app tasks you need to complete, locations for the tasks to be done, and rewards. It will then randomly choose a task, location and reward for you.
You can re-roll the individual tasks, locations and rewards. (Because who on earth wants to wash dishes, right?)
Tip: Be adventurous and don't just stick to boring tasks... for tasks you can add your favorite hobbies, locations could be eg: coffee shops, the beach, or a different country!! Rewards you can rather add a list of songs you would like to listen to while doing X in location Y..... Be creative!

2. "Do it tomorrow" notebook
This is a simple notepad with a list of "to-do's" which you can individually add to your "completed list".... I mean, we all enjoy seeing a huge list of things we've done!
Tip: If you have a LOT of things to do, before you begin to add to your "to-do" list, add some things into the "completed" list first - even brushing your teeth - add it! Bigger completed list = more motivation to carry on...... in most cases :-)

3. Pomodoro Timer
I'm no fan of FIXED rules, and the 25min / 5min (25min work / 5min break) Pomodoro rule doesn't always work for everyone - so I've made this timer flexible with different options (all with a 1 min prep timer):
25min / 5min (for those who are not like me and don't mind rules :-) )
30min / 5min
25min / 10min
30min / 10min
An alarm sounds after each section of time is completed, and all of the above repeats 3 times.

4. Bubble wrap
BECAUSE WHOOOOO DOESN'T LIKE BUBBLE WRAP, RIGHT??

5. (Coming soon) Soothing sounds
Here I will be adding sounds like:
Ocean waves
Night sounds
Thunder
Rain
Traffic / City sounds
(suggestions are welcome!)
**This will be available in the next update**
Awesome ADHD app that uses procrastination to increase dopamine & motivation!
