This app has been completely useless. It takes days or even weeks for me to get transactions to go through, which involve several calls to customer service, who can't resolve my problems. My latest problem is that the app will not allow me to select a date to transfer funds, so I can't make it to the 2.5k threshold to get the 1 percent interest. Customer service told me that you can no longer use the app to transfer funds "because you can do it with online banking." This was not the problem as I tried it on their website with a computer and still had the same problem. I have also not been able to use the app to deposit checks. It declines them for no apparent reason. I hate having my money grid locked like this.
The login process is horrible. They have strong password requirements(which is good), but require you to enter the full password every time you login. Other banks like discover allow you to create a pin for logins after the initial login. In addition to this, the check scanning process is not as easy as well's fargos.
Nice app I use this to access my Aspiration accounts. They don't have a dedicated app yet and this one let's me do almost all the stuff my Chase app does, but with a way better interest rate for my savings account. Happy I switched over!
Good but... Ever since I got a new phone the app will not let me sign in. Keeps saying authorization failed...
