This app has come a long way since 2018. Name changes, staff changes, visual updates... everything definitely feels a lot better but there's still loads of work to be had. But I thought I'd at least change my review. I'm happy that I can finally see when money's coming or going from my account, but the notif could be simplified. And it's a lil strange that we don't get automatic and real-time updates for account balance but I'll see how it ages. Good progress, focus on simplicity and fluidity!

The app does not provide an in-app transfer confirmation. The app does not show pending transactions. There are government issued apps that work better than this, and that's saying something. The customer service is slow. I have not been able to access my account for over a week. Submitted requested documentation four days ago and still nothing. Would not recommend.

UPDATE: It's been six months and Radius hasn't addressed the issue with the deposit feature involving the check's photos. I'm switching to a new mobile bank, but I wanted to let others know the issue might arise because the software can't deal with phone orientation properly. If I turn my phone to the left, so it's in landscape mode when I take the photo, there's an error. If I turn it to the right, there's no error and the photo is successfully taken.
