I can't even make an account. When I click new user it thinks that I lost my password then says it can't retrieve lost password at this time.

Won't let me open keeps saying unknown error
Works great when it connects New update made it so it won't open in my phone. It will give me the main screen then it just goes white. It worked great before now it just messes up I count on using this very much please fix!
What happened?!? I use this app daily to check my balance and now I can't even log in! It won't send a secure access code to my email or phone, and the last time i was able to successfully log in it said I had no accounts to show. Very dissapointed - hopefully it gets fixed asap!
Update REALLY messed it up! I have bills to pay! I do nearly ALL of my bills through online banking. I can't get it to open on my phone OR in my computer! This needs fixed ASAP, like yesterday! PLEASE! I can't afford late bills and I know the banks not going to pay my late fees or reconnect fees when things get shut off! We rely on the site /app to work properly and right now you are failing your customers. I love this bank and the app. I kept this bank even when I moved to a city that only has a couple of locations. Please fix!
