Pinspect is a practical inspection companion for independent property inspectors, facility managers, and real estate agents who need a clear way to document issues during walkthroughs. The app turns every recorded problem into a Polaroid-style photo card that hangs from a virtual clothesline, making a property review feel as straightforward as sorting laundry in a sunlit room. From the bottom clothespin bar, you can move between the Line, Cards, Capture, and Search tabs without losing sight of your current work. The Line tab acts as your dashboard and shows two wooden laundry tags with your total inspection count and critical issue count, along with the three most recent photo cards. The Cards tab presents a scrollable clothesline of all inspection cards grouped by severity, with green clothespins for minor issues, yellow for major issues, and red for critical issues. Tapping any card lets you view the full detail or update the title, severity, notes, and photo as needed. In the Capture tab, you can open the camera, frame the issue inside a white Polaroid border, and save the photo directly on your device. After capture, a simple form appears inside the frame so you can add a short title and choose the severity before the card is clipped to the line. The Search tab provides a text field for finding cards by title or notes and offers three colored clothespin chips to quickly filter results by severity. All inspection records are stored locally on your device, and photos are kept in app-specific internal storage, so your notes remain private and available offline. You can create a new card from the Capture tab, read and update it from the Cards tab, and remove it with a swipe or long press when it is no longer needed. The clean visual language keeps important details visible at a glance, with the photo, title, and severity clothespin shown together on each card. This simple workflow helps you move through a property room by room and document findings without juggling paper checklists or separate camera rolls. Pinspect is designed to keep inspection documentation focused, organized, and easy to review after the walkthrough is complete.
