very disappointed with this apps it's useless they just want to make download it staff from Mall of Qatar make it for me but he didn't put my card in my apps it's look like not updated they can't see on system very poor services yesterday I lost my metro card and still my validation is until Dec.28th of month but now I go mansoura metro to tell that I lost my metro card but sunddenly they tell my card not show in system am very disappointed and upset I buy new card as starting

app keeps hanging and waiting while switching between cards. also cannot remove old, registered, expired cards.

I had a problem with logging in in this app as well in the website, but I am so glad that once I kinda complained my issue to them they responded very fast and helped me a lot with this problem of mine. So to anyone reading the reviews, incase you'll have an issue with the app, go and tell them immediately, and I for sure know that they will respond to your problem quick and have a good experience with the app. Don't just complain and do nothing, they'll help you out to resolve the issue.😉👍
