While this service is commendable, I experienced dissatisfaction with the driver's conduct towards passengers and the failure to adhere to the scheduled timings. It is important to note that not all drivers exhibit poor behavior; some are quite helpful. Additionally, I recommend increasing the number of buses, particularly for the M121 route, as many individuals are left waiting without seating availability.

I had a problem with logging in in this app as well in the website, but I am so glad that once I kinda complained my issue to them they responded very fast and helped me a lot with this problem of mine. So to anyone reading the reviews, incase you'll have an issue with the app, go and tell them immediately, and I for sure know that they will respond to your problem quick and have a good experience with the app. Don't just complain and do nothing, they'll help you out to resolve the issue.😉👍

I registered with my email and qid just like it asked me to. I even set up a password but when I tried to login it said that the password I tried to enter was wrong. I reset it thrice but still couldn't login. I am locked out of my account right now because of too many incorrect attempts. I have seen other people face the same problem. Pls fix it as soon as possible.
