Ratings and reviews

This app runs slower than a website, everything in the app is terribly slow and takes way too long to load. I dont know why they cant just take the template from the primary qnb app and rebrand it. Functions work but they are too slow. Plus i wish i didnt have to re login every time i open the app (Could have a biometric based login instead for example). Disappointed.

If I can give it less than one star I would, It is too bad that you can't even login smoothly, The actions in the app takes forever, be token is useless and can't even generate the 17 digit derivation code it genarate it with one messing digit and I can't complete my transactions. Overall easily the worst banking application experience.

It had a bug within cross currency exchange, so they disabled the online currency exchange against egp and you need to email them to do so instead of solving the issue to be done via the app/online banking. It is a horrible experience. I don't recommend this app.
