QR 2 CSV is a free QR code and barcode scanner for Android. Scan with your camera or type a value, keep a timestamped list on your phone, and share the results as CSV, TXT, or plain text.

Use it for data collection, attendance, inventory counts, event check-in, and everyday record keeping. There is no account to create. Your scans stay on the device.
