With My SCS City, City information and services are just a few clicks away. This mobile app allows you to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone.
The Submit Service Request feature allows citizens to easily inform the City of important issues such as bulk item pickup, pothole repair, property maintenance issues, missed trash collection, and animal control issues. The service provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to City staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens can also link directly to the City of St. Clair Shores’ social media and view information from the City’s website. My SCS City links our residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government
