Please fix this app. I should not have to uninstall and reinstall every few months just to be able to use it. When I open the app the all the navigation buttons (ie pay bill, report a problem, etc) get hidden and nothing I do gets them to reappear and be useful.

I can't get the app to open correctly. its pixelated on 1/2 the screen and the 2nd 1/2 has a pull over screen that lists home, about, etc. But I cant access anything.

The App opens then immediately freezes with the top half of the page empty. I tried uninstall/reinstall , but the issue still exists. There's definitely a bug present.
