Ratings and reviews

Transfers are really fast. My issue is the unprofessionalism of customer care. Matters that require prompt attention are treated casually. I have tried so much for the past 3 months to upgrade that account, and it has always proved abortive. I keep updating the app now and again, all to no avail. I have sent emails so much that your team no longer replies, and my money remains stuck. Please all these should be fixed to enable more users and confident referrals.
