Ratings and reviews

This company has no regard for their clients. They didn't bother suspending the acceptance of packages so they can clear the backlog of items that's been in their warehouse for more than 4 months (and counting). They're more interested in getting shipping payments rather than retaining their customers. I have lost thousands of dollars because all of my materials are with this greedy company! Just waiting for my packages. I can't wait to delete this app! 👎

App doesnt work well and their shipping service is the worst, beware also as uploading of package to your cart takes month, customer care team doesn't care. I once lost a package too last yr, I gave them a shot this yr but disappointed with the turn around, one of my consolidated package never shipped after few weeks and ETA is overdue, 2 of my trackings are not uploaded since January 24 2023, DO NOT USE THIS! Better find other alternative not worth your time, money and effort.
