Shippingcart's consolidation has drastically degraded while their fees continue to soar. I had 2 air and one sea cargo. All items are damaged since they now remove all items from their original shipping boxes and charge exorbitant insurance fees.

The latest missing parcel incident and explanation provided made me wonder why I kept using this service despite multiple red flags. It's very funny how their CS and warehouse manager casually said that one of their processor accidentally threw my parcel in a bin and can no longer be retrieved. I guess you guys do not value our beloved parcels or you see value in them and decide to keep them but declare them as lost? Very pissed right now.

You need to fix a "TON" of issues from your app ASAP. It makes all your ads look fake. Could be the case... With issues like simply creating an account becomes too annoying.. I just had to stop with this and never go back. If your current developers can't do simple things, you may need to make some changes.. Drastic ones...
