"Extremely disappointed with this app. The component prices are heavily inflated compared to other local suppliers and standard market rates. To make matters worse, the delivery charges are outright absurd, adding an unnecessary premium to every small order. It completely defeats the purpose of buying parts online. Extremely disappointing service regarding Order #403555. One of the two 5V 1A SMPS units arrived defective. I reported it on August 2 with clear video proof, but instead of providing a replacement, the support team has dragged the issue on for weeks with repeated requests for additional videos and unnecessary technical excuses. Very poor after-sales support and a frustrating customer experience. I would advise buyers to be cautious.

I ordered components from them, but the order never reached me; instead, they cancelled and returned it. It has been about 15 days, yet I still haven't received a refund. They had said I would get the money once the return shipment was picked up and gave an expected date of August 19th. It is now 6:00 PM on August 21st, but there has been no response from them—they haven't received the returned order, and I haven't received my payment
