Super App is a task and campaign coordination platform for district government teams. It gives every level — from field officers to the Collector — one shared view of what work is moving, what's stuck, and who's responsible, so decisions happen faster and nothing falls through the cracks.

Built for how a district actually runs: work flows down the hierarchy, updates flow back up, and cross-department efforts stay visible to everyone who needs to see them.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Assign & delegate tasks — hand work down your chain of command, set due dates, and attach questions the doer must answer on completion.
• Run campaigns — group related tasks into a campaign, fan them out across departments, and watch overall progress roll up in real time.
• See who's blocking progress — blocked tasks, overdue items, and stalled reviews surface automatically, with the reason and the person attached.
• Review & sign off — work submitted for review reaches the right approver; send it back with feedback or approve it in one tap.
• Cross-department visibility — link related work across departments so a blocker in one office is visible to the office waiting on it.
• Daily briefing — a "Today's Briefing" on every login shows what changed, what's slipping, and what needs your attention now.
• Rollup dashboards — department and district-level dashboards show completion, overdue counts, and blockers at a glance.
• Photo & voice evidence — attach photos, voice notes, or dictated updates to a task from the field.

WHO IT'S FOR

Super App is for authorized district government officials and staff. Accounts are provisioned by your administrator — you sign in with the mobile number registered for you. It is an internal coordination tool, not a public service portal.

Your data stays within your organization: it is used only to coordinate the work you and your colleagues do, is never sold or shared for advertising, and is transmitted over encrypted connections.
