it keeps getting worse and not better. wrong data. glitches and freezes. cant have more than 5 open orders or it gets bugs. side scroll on orders causes screen to no longer side swipe. option data is wrong. desktop is worse. customer service is brutal. system goes down and costs you money. again, customer service is brutal. find a different broker. I have never had to talk to my other brokers. questrade its a semi annual struggle

honestly compared to Wealthsimple it sucks.. Wealthsimple is so easy and fast. for example let's say you have $43.67 left to spend and the stock is 135.89.... all you have to do on the buy is hit MAXIMUM. you dont have to calculate what fraction you need to type in... it does the math gor you. also you can just put in a dollar amount and it will do the math on how many shares to buy. also you dont have to pick extended hours or overnight.. it does it for you depending on what time it is...

cons: basic user experience issues, like placing a sell order -- why wouldn't it display exactly how much of that stock I own on that page. The "see all balances" combined in Cad, combined in USD, CAD, USD. is honestly kind of a confusing don't like having to swipe through your different accounts instead of an overview. why should I have to submit a request to convert currency and why wouldnt it show how much of a particular currency I have ON THAT PAGE pro: not a hybrid web app. nice
