App did a good job on the UI, but forgot about UX. 1. Can't see avg lot price and current price together, I can only toggle between them and the button to toggle is not a floating button, so if u have a lot of securities you will end up scrolling up n down. 2. Buy or sell action on the new app takes you thru multiple clicks, old app could do in just one. 3. If you are executing a buy, by the time you go to execute screen you do not have the price, ask n bid. Not usable, Uninstalled.

The app takes forever to load. Even after selecting my phone as trusted device, it asks for every single time I try to login. the web UI chat option doesn't even load you've to call customer service for help. The Interac transfers says 30 mins for funds transfer but takes days without any status update. I regret choosing this service for my RESP.

the new update is good but not enough. 1. There has to be a feature where you can see total devidends got from a particular etf or fund. That way its easy to track total return. Even wealtsimple has it. i expected this to be present in your update. 2. The app is very slow in updating prices. Almost everytime i log into my app to check how my portfolio is doing, the prices are different from actual prices. The app always lags behind on stock prices. FIX THIS ISSUES AND I WILL COME BACK WITH 5⭐
