Ratings and reviews

I enable biometric login and immediately it becomes disabled. It's frustrating 😞. However I liked the company but not their app. Update: Issue resolved, so I'm changing my review from one star to 3 star. In case you think why it is not 4 or 5 star. I have used Robin Hood for 5 to 6 years and the level of detail information they provide is fantastic and useful.

I need to agree with others that this and the other Questrade app both struggle to provide an intuitive user experience. Even with recent changes, it's been difficult to find what you're looking for. Now this app doesn't even appear to display a history of transactions (like dividend issues). I don't like complaining—I really just want to see Questrade succeed, but to do that, we need the usual things we're looking for and looking to do in predictable places.

all of my carefully placed sell orders mysteriously disappeared. All of them! Also, even though when I was talking to them about transferring my account, they said they would be introducing fractional shares. What they didn't mention was that this feature wouldn't be available for Canadian stocks, and not all US listed stocks are available through fractional shares. very disappointed.
