Cannot fully use the app on my phone (Galaxy A72)- parking areas and menu changes do not appear (even though the menu headers do change), so I can't actually start a parking session. It's like an entire display layer is missing. If I log in on someone else's phone, I can start a session, then log back in on my phone to finish it, but that's not a viable long term workaround.

I've been disappointed with the Pango app, and only use it as my town requires it. My biggest concern is the accessibility of the app. The text is small and hard to read, and it is very easy to select the wrong parking lot. This is partially because the sorting of the list changes. Also, there is no way to select a default vehicle. If you select the wrong vehicle and start your parking there is no way to fix your error. I have several unanswered emails to the developers about my concerns.

Thank you, we appreciate feedback. We would ask you to contact our Customer Care Call Center so we can better understand you text size concern and the sorting list. When picking a vehicle, it will default to the last one you parked. Our Customer Care can be contact via phone, email or live chat and they will be more than happy to help you.

This is the worst parking company/app by a long shot. You have to load money or connect your bank in order to even see the rates, even if it ends up being 0. It is not intuitive and was glitching even just to get the payment method loaded. On top of that, you're still charged for them to hold your money. I had to pay $15 to find out the parking was free for the time I need it. You get charged a "processing fee" when requesting a refund for unused funds. Customer service is entirely unhelpful.

All Zones have detailed information like hours of parking availability rates before you start a parking session. We offer many ways to fund your transaction – credit / debit card or wallet.
