Quickvee Pay is the mobile companion to your Quickvee Pay merchant dashboard. Sign in with the merchant login ID and password issued to you by Quickvee and run your ACH business from your phone.

TAKE A PAYMENT IN SECONDS
Create an ACH debit to collect from a customer or an ACH credit to send money out. Choose standard or same-day speed, add a reference memo, and confirm. Every payment shows a clear status from pending until the bank settles it.

SEE YOUR BUSINESS AT A GLANCE
The Home screen shows today's volume, pending settlements and recent activity. Switch between stores with one tap if you manage more than one location.

TRACK EVERY TRANSACTION
Search and filter your full transaction history by date range and status. Open any payment to see its details, settlement timeline and related refunds.

REFUND WITH CONFIDENCE
Issue a full or partial refund as an ACH reversal straight from the transaction. The app enforces the refund cap so you can never return more than was collected.

DEPOSITS AND BANK ACCOUNTS
Follow money from settlement to your bank. View each deposit, the transactions inside it and the account it was paid to.

RECURRING PAYMENTS
Set up recurring plans for subscriptions, instalments and memberships. Pick the frequency and duration, and the app collects on schedule.

RETURNS AND DISPUTES
When a payment comes back, see the ACH return code explained in plain English. Our recovery assistant suggests the right next step for each code, from a friendly reminder to a secure bank-update link, and never contacts a customer when the code says you should not.

CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPORTS
Keep a customer directory with payment history. Manage staff access by store and role. Pull summary reports for any date range.
