It's great; you buy something, and then you get a little bit of money back. My advice would always be to check your cheapest option... it might not always be through Quidco cashback. Sometimes you can pay less with special offers & discounts. However, when these don't reduce your spend, give Quidco a go. At worst, you'll just pay what you expected. At best, you'll get some money back... eventually. It's certainly not something worth relying on, but great when the cashback tracks 😊

Doesn't track WiFi plans. Went through an offer with Quidco on the basis of its cashback. When I checked why I couldn't see it a few weeks later they told me it can take a few months to track. 6+ months later I follow up again and they say they can't see the purchase I made even though I sent proof I made it. They refused to pay. Don't waste your time with them, stick with a proper comparison website. Edit: I have already contacted customer support and explained but they won't help

Seems to work at first but cashback never actually becomes available. When you make a purchase it comes up as 'tracked' and shows up on your balance. This makes you think it's working well. Unfortunately, this never actually moves to approved and becomes available to withdraw.
