How it works
• Answer a few quick questions about your current smoking habit.
• Get an AI-generated plan based on your wake and sleep schedule.
• Each day is split into “break” slots – each slot = one allowed cigarette.
• Use the timer to see when your next break starts.
• Log every cigarette as Taken, Early, or Skipped.

Smart break tracking
• Fair tracking logic: you never lose breaks twice for the same slot.
• A short grace period around each slot so you’re not punished for a few minutes difference.
• Clear “Breaks remaining: X / Y” counter for every day.

Motivation, not pressure
• Gradual reduction instead of all-or-nothing.
• No personal details: anonymous Firebase account only.
• Works offline for most features.
