Even more disappointed. Removing more stars and Im ready to cancel my subscription. It says she leaves the house and school when she doesn't! It's very inaccurate. What am I paying for? I also get notified about the same issue from weeks ago like 5 times a day. That wastes my time. There is no way to fully clear notifications. Warnings are way too strict ! Kids can subvert the blocks. They use the notification quick actions like "reply" and can be on a call when "blocked".

My child's text messages, phone calls synced to show on my device even after following the instructions given. You can't actually tell what they're doing or who they're talking to on apps and websites, you basically get a timer showing how much time is spent on the app. The information it provides is not worth the money paid for it. My child was also able to turn off the location tracking despite having the password to prevent any unauthorized changes. I'm searching for a better app to use

Everything was good until my son went to settings. he attempted to login and failed. then he went to forgot password, changed my password and was able to change the settings so that I wouldn't receive any notifications. he downloaded apps that were restricted. I feel that on the kids device there should not be a way for them to have access to login. the parents should be able to make changes in our app only. why does there need to be a login on the kids app once everything has been set up?
