Horrible App quality. - You have to close and re-open the app every single time if you want to access your selling overview. - You have to accept/reject the cookies every single time you manage to open that overview, and then again every time you click on refresh at the top. Ricardo once was a great service, now it's just a massive rip-off for people trying not to add to the throwaway culture..

Quite bad. A month ago unrelated results appear in searches, a result with 20 results now has 400 that don't match Excessive fees and there is nothing protecting you when selling. Subpar you can't just twint or see items for free. Also bans, any adds letting the buyer see the item or they buy before or requests to trade items edds which is the whole point of second hand plataforms. As most swiss apps it asks for both sides of you ID which is pretty much illegal, and goes against the privacy

after a massive increase of the seller fee quite a while ago (thats why I don't use Ricardo anymore to seel items) they force you to pay a so call Money Guard fee for buyers, applicable for e.g. Twint or Credit Card payment. very annoying. Editing on march 26 - really annoying app and always hanging on the profile when I want to go to sold or selling, nothing happen! Always need to go to a browser version.
