The app is very bugged, and it doesn't get better through time. I wasn't able to log in the app, uninstalled it, tried to sign in and the whole app is blocked, referring to call center of the bank. It is impossible to reach the customer center, you need to wait the queue of 10-12 people. Other channels of communication also don't work. I have came across many errors in this app but this one is already exceeding my limit.

Simply cannot enter the app after switching to a new phone. I am abroad and need to use the app urgently, but nobody cares. Support service is as good as non-existent.

There is no permission to Memory (Reading from external storage). This error shows up in app chat menu. For sending screenshots. I have grant that access, and all permissions. But still I can't send screenshots. I can't look device files. I don't use SD card ever. App always auto updated. Smartphone Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. Android 14. Latest updates all installed. Please help !
