Ratings and reviews

Used to be decent, lately it just drops out, even on wifi. Uninstalled. 07/11/2025. Edit. It's nothing to do with the settings in anyway shape or form. It was good and now it isn't which is why it will stay uninstalled. Lowered to 1 star from 2 because of developers arrogant response to my original review and choosing to ignore there is something wrong with the app and trying to take the easy option of blaming something else. No, get over it. Desperation and harrasment aren't a good look.

I really like this app, it's east to use and full of great radio stations with choices of music for all tastes. However now when I open the app. I'm met with aggressive security ads telling me my phone has a virus when I know full well it hasn't. I use to get a mix of ads now just these aggressive ads trying to sell me virus cleaning tools and security ads. I have tried many other radio apps and this is by far the best one but unfortunately I think I wiil have to uninstall and try more. 😔

I had old 'Radio Online', did the update & it had been revamped, new name. Opened the app & got different beginning & first advert I couldn't close, which is happening a lot by other apps & only way is to exit app & go back in which then allows you to then use. But next day I tried again & yes you have to wait until a certain amount of advert time has lapsed till the 'x' appears to move on. So new review. Boom Radio UK, could you add their other 2 stations: Boom Light & Boom Rock. Thanks.
