Radius WFM is a complete workforce management app built for field teams, site-based employees, and the managers who oversee them. From biometric clock-in to leave requests and trip logging — everything your team needs, in one place.

HOW IT WORKS

Employees sign in securely with their employee ID and password. When it's time to clock in or out, the app uses face recognition to verify identity — no buddy punching, no shared PINs. Every clock event is checked against a GPS geofence, so the system confirms the employee is physically at the right location before recording attendance.

BIOMETRIC SECURITY YOU CAN TRUST

Radius WFM uses advanced face recognition to verify every clock-in. A liveness detection check confirms a real person is present — not a photo or screen — making spoofing attempts ineffective.

Your privacy is protected by design. Raw photos and video are never stored. The app processes your image on the spot to extract a mathematical representation of your face, and only that representation is saved — encrypted, on your employer's secure server. It cannot be used to reconstruct a photograph of you.

GPS GEOFENCING

Clock-in is only permitted when the employee is within an approved site boundary. GPS coordinates are captured at the moment of each clock event and stored as part of the attendance record — giving managers accurate, tamper-resistant location data without continuous tracking.
