Current driver. I have more than 6 years of ride share driving. Recently started with this company but the app is unusable. It doesn't register when I arrive at pickup location. There is no option to mark that I picked up my client and then it doesn't register that I dropped off my client. It still says that I'm on a trip. Please fix this! I'm for now using Google Maps to navigate.

I went true tge hiring precess, and it was so confusing mostly when you give them documents needed and they denied it with out explanation and other company took my certification so maybe they just don't like me and didn't wanna hire me.

Sucks in every way imaginable. I never can end trips on my own. They really need to upgrade this
