About this app

RainFire connects to your RainFire wildfire defence system, letting you monitor conditions around your property and control your sprinklers from your phone.

PROTECTION ZONES

Organise your property into zones and see each one on a live map. Add the RainFire devices installed in each zone and check their status at a glance.

WILDFIRE RISK MONITORING

RainFire combines live weather with active-fire data to show current conditions around your zones:
• Temperature, humidity and wind speed from NOAA / National Weather Service and Open-Meteo
• Active fire detections from NASA FIRMS
• Wildfire incidents and perimeters from the National Interagency Fire Center

SPRINKLER CONTROL

Open and close your sprinkler valves directly from the app, and review activation history so you always know when a zone was last run.

DEVICE TELEMETRY

See the operational state of each installed device, including valve position, battery and supply voltage, internal temperature and cellular signal strength.

ALERTS

Get notified about changing conditions and device events affecting your zones.

REQUIREMENTS

RainFire requires installed RainFire hardware and an account. It is a companion app for existing system owners.

Location access is used to centre the map on your property and to retrieve local weather and fire activity. It is used only while the app is open, never in the background.

IMPORTANT

RainFire is a property protection tool, not an emergency service. It does not contact fire services and must not be relied on as your only means of wildfire protection. Always follow the guidance of local authorities and evacuate when instructed.
