Avoid! Customer service is horrible. No help at all. Try to withdraw funds and you get hit with tax up front. They give you a short deadline to pay it and if granted an extension, they won't give you an exact date and will charge extremely high late fees. I paid my tax and was immediately hit with an outrageously high late fee. Still can't get my money and no help from customer service. It's based in Bahrain so you can't do anything about it.

Hello, I would like to know when I can have access to my crypto it's been 7 days since I contacted you yet I got no answer. I tried to sell some of my crypto today through the app. I couldn't because the Feature Disabled I can't sell or send any of my crypto I tried to contact customer service but I got a bot instead it went no where I logged in through the website and I found a massage finish account verification when I click on complete my account verification nothing happens. #50722182

For months now, I've not been able to access/transfer the funds in my acct. All my kyc is done & fully verified. I've reached out to customer support & they have not been able to give the reason why I can't have access to my fund. they keep saying they are working on it, & for months now, still nothing. this is so frustrating & disappointing 😞
